Biodiversity management
Ts Dr Khairul Naim Adham has been the Deputy Undersecretary (Biodiversity Management Section) since 2018. He has also assumed the position of the National Project Director for the Global Environment Facility (GEF)-funded project, “Global Wildlife Programme”, since 2023. He has over twenty years of experience working as an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer for the Government of Malaysia, serving various ministries. He holds a PhD in Environment and Development, a Master of Science (Science Philosophy and Science & Technology Policy Studies), a Bachelor of Horticultural Science, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Management. He is a registered Professional Technologist in the field of Green Technology with the Malaysia Board of Technologies (MBOT).
