Academician Emeritus Professor Tan Sri Dr Mazlan Othman FASc
Tan Sri Mazlan is a Senior Fellow of ASM since 2016. She was appointed Director of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) in Vienna, Austria in 1999 and returned to Malaysia to become the founding Director General of the National Space Agency (ANGKASA) in 2002. She retired from the United Nations in Dec 2013 and appointed as Project Director, Mega Science 3.0 at Academy of Sciences Malaysia (ASM) from 2014 to 2016. She was the Director of the International Science Council (ISC) Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (ROAP) from 2017 until 2021. Currently, she is the Chairperson of the ASM ArtScience™️ Initiative and a Board of Trustee of the Mahathir Science Award Foundation.

Azila Tasha Azhar
Tasha has a Bachelor’s degree from Universiti Teknologi MARA in Mass Communication with Instructional Training and Communcation. She also has a diploma in Office Management and Technology. Previously, she worked for a private tertiary educational institute as Head of the Human Resources and Administration department. At the Foundation, she manages all finance and administrative matters.
